Arlene's Treasures

Who could resist a wooden treasure chest all handmade by a little ole' lady in South Georgia? She has been making these lovely chests for over 20 years and painstakingly and lovingly shapes and molds remnants of wood and cloth into these very attractive heirloom pieces. She sold her first one on Etsy recently and shipped it today! It's going all the way to NY and we can't wait to see the feedback!

This would be a wonderfull gift for a small boy! To have your own treasure chest! She did a great job!

Well, it does look beautiful. What an un usual thing for a lady to make. I'm thinking this would be the perfect gift for a boy, loaded up with pirate treasures inside.

Hello - just thought I'd let you know that the gentleman who purchased this treasure told me it's for his daughter's Pirate-themed birthday party...they're going to bury (ok hide) it and give her a treasure map to find it. It will be full of birthday treasures (goodies)...how fun is that?
